What we are today comes from our thoughts of yesterday, and our present thoughts are creating our life of tomorrow. Our life is the creation of our mind. – The Buddha

I am a combination person: a spiritual life coach, a guide, a teacher, and a healer. I am professionally trained in psychology with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psycho-Social Sciences from Pennsylvania State University. When I found that my training in psychology was lacking in producing the results I wanted for clients, I began the study and practice of Shamanic healing, metaphysics and spiritual healing techniques; getting certified in Advanced Neurolinguistic Programming and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy; and getting certified as a Life Coach. Guiding the client to stay focused on the positive results they want works more effectively in producing the results of change and transformation.

My purpose is to lead people to their highest good, whatever that is for them, in all areas of life: health, wealth, love and purpose. This includes clarity of mind and focus of direction, joy of spirit, freedom of choice in action, and the experience of greater love for themselves and others.

I am committed to helping all of us awaken to the possibility that there is more — to all of us, than we experience on a daily basis and expect to experience. This idea is incorporated into all of my services.

I also offer guided meditations to assist people in activating their creative abilities, talents, and inner knowing.

I agree with Freud, that the two most important paths to fulfillment in life are work and love.

This is what I specialize in. I help people to change, significantly, in the direction that they want to go; rapidly, with ease and grace.
